1. Definitions

• Legal Capacity: You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws of your jurisdiction. You must not be acting under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or any other substance that impairs your judgment.
• Geographic Restrictions: The 88idr platform is designed for Indonesian residents. By registering, you confirm that you are physically located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is permitted or not explicitly prohibited, and that you are not accessing our Services from a restricted territory.
• Single Account Policy: Each Player is permitted only one Account. Creating multiple Accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all duplicate Accounts and forfeiture of any associated funds, winnings, or bonuses.

4. Account Registration and Security

4.1 Registration Process

To create an Account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information as requested in the registration form, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and telephone number. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information is a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and may result in immediate Account suspension.

4.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

88idr is committed to preventing fraud, money laundering, and underage gambling. As part of our KYC procedures, we require all Players to verify their identity by submitting valid identification documents. Acceptable documents include Indonesian national identity cards (KTP), passports, or driver's licenses. We may also request proof of address (utility bills, bank statements) and proof of payment method ownership.

Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in restrictions on deposits, gameplay, or withdrawals. 88idr reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time and to suspend Accounts pending satisfactory verification.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account username, password, and any other security credentials. You must not share your login details with any third party, and you must notify 88idr immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account.

88idr will never ask you to disclose your password via email, telephone, or any other communication channel. Any activity conducted through your Account will be deemed to have been authorized by you, and you will be liable for all transactions, bets, deposits, and withdrawals made using your credentials.

We strongly recommend enabling two-factor authentication (if available), using strong passwords, and logging out of your Account after each session, particularly when accessing 88idr from shared or public devices.

5. Deposits and Withdrawals

5.1 Deposit Methods

88idr supports deposits via Indonesian bank transfer from the following institutions: Bank Central Asia (BCA), Bank Rakyat Indonesia (BRI), Bank Negara Indonesia (BNI), Bank Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, and Bank Danamon. All deposits must be made in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50,000 unless otherwise specified for specific payment methods.

Deposits are typically processed instantly and credited to your Account balance immediately. 88idr does not charge any fees for deposits. However, your bank or payment provider may impose their own transaction fees, which are beyond our control.

5.2 Withdrawal Procedures

You may request a withdrawal of your Account balance at any time, subject to meeting all wagering requirements associated with any active bonuses. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method and account used for deposits, in accordance with anti-money laundering regulations.

The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100,000. Withdrawal processing times vary depending on your bank and the verification status of your Account. Verified Accounts typically receive withdrawals within 15 minutes to 24 hours during Indonesian banking hours (Monday to Friday, 08:00 - 16:00 WIB). First-time withdrawals may take longer due to additional security checks.

88idr reserves the right to request additional identity verification, proof of payment method ownership, or source of funds documentation before processing withdrawals. This is standard practice to comply with anti-money laundering and fraud prevention regulations.

5.3 Anti-Money Laundering Policy

88idr operates a strict anti-money laundering policy. All deposits must be wagered at least once before withdrawal requests will be processed. Attempting to use 88idr as a money transfer service or engaging in suspicious deposit-and-withdrawal patterns without genuine gameplay will result in Account investigation and potential suspension.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

88idr offers various bonuses and promotions to Players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and special tournament prizes. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions, which will be clearly stated in the promotional material.

Maximum Bet Limits: When playing with an active bonus, the maximum bet per spin or hand is typically Rp 50,000 unless otherwise specified. Exceeding the maximum bet limit may result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings.

7. Gameplay Rules and Conduct

All gameplay on 88idr must be fair, honest, and in accordance with the rules of each specific game. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and may result in Account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and legal action:

• Using automated betting software, bots, or any form of artificial intelligence to place bets
• Colluding with other Players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit system weaknesses
• Exploiting software errors, bugs, or vulnerabilities for personal gain
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behavior toward other Players or staff

Sports Betting: All sports bets are settled based on official results provided by our data providers. In the event of abandoned, postponed, or cancelled events, specific settlement rules apply as detailed in our sports betting rules section. 88idr offers markets on football (bandar bola), basketball, tennis, and other sports, including popular Indonesian leagues like BRI Liga 1 and international competitions such as the English Premier League and UEFA Champions League.

Live Casino: Live dealer games are streamed in real-time from professional studios. All gameplay is recorded for quality assurance and dispute resolution purposes. Players must conduct themselves respectfully toward dealers and other participants at all times.

8. Limitations of Liability

9. Account Suspension and Termination

9.1 Voluntary Closure

You may close your Account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Upon closure, you may withdraw any remaining balance, provided all wagering requirements have been met and all verification procedures completed.

9.2 Suspension by 88idr

88idr reserves the right to suspend or terminate your Account immediately, without prior notice, if we believe you have breached these Terms & Conditions, engaged in fraudulent activity, or violated any applicable laws. Grounds for suspension include but are not limited to:

• Providing false or misleading information during registration or verification
• Creating multiple Accounts or allowing third parties to use your Account
• Bonus abuse, collusion, or other forms of unfair play

• Chargebacks or disputes initiated with your bank or payment provider
• Abusive behavior toward staff or other Players

In the event of Account suspension or termination for breach of these Terms & Conditions, 88idr may withhold any remaining balance, pending investigation. If fraudulent activity is confirmed, all funds may be forfeited and no refunds will be issued.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with international gaming regulations and the laws applicable to online gambling platforms serving the Indonesian market. Any disputes arising from these Terms & Conditions or your use of 88idr Services shall be resolved through the following process:
